1991-1993 Together with Prof. D.T. Pham I participated in the industrial project: Automated visual inspection of rubber car seals. A project supported by SERC-Science and Engineering Research Council. The project was a success due to the incorporation of intelligent visual techniques using neural networks for the inspection of automotive parts. As a result the company gained a major contract with BMW of Germany.
